Paradise Villas

Paradise Villas is located on the beautiful island of Little Cayman, one of the few undeveloped islands in the Caribbean. Little Cayman is renowned for its miles of deserted beaches, World Class diving and snorkelling, fantastic fishing, abundant bird life and our native iguanas which outnumber the residents on the island!



Paradise Villas offers 12 one-bedroom oceanfront villas which are a mere 50 feet stroll from the sea. Each of our self-contained villas has a large porch at the front and rear, a well equipped kitchen including a microwave and fridge/freezer, a living/dining area, a private bathroom and shower, cable tv and air conditioning.



The kitchenettes in the villas allow guests to economize on their food expenditures if they want. There is a well equipped grocery store 200 metres away from the property. Saving money on food is especially attractive to longer term guests as meal plans can get quite expensive over several days.



Facilities at Paradise Villas include a bar, freshwater pool, big screen satellite tv and wireless internet access. Our Hungry Iguana Restaurant is the only a la carte restaurant on Little Cayman and serves a delicious full lunch and dinner menu ranging from local fish and seafood to traditional cuisine such as steaks and salads.



The diving and snorkelling around Little Cayman is recognised as one of the premier dive destinations in the Caribbean - dive sites are suitable for both beginners and advanced divers. We have an affiliation with Conch Club Divers who operate a pick-up and drop-off service right from your villa.
